Hence, our wet room/bathroom is on the ground floor at the back of the house, typical of homes from this period.

Neighborhood description: This vibrant area of North West London offers a variety of amenities along Walm Lane and the High Road, amongst which there is a selection of restaurants, pubs and bars. Gladstone Park is the main park in Willesden Green, offering panoramic views over London. The park boasts numerous facilities and activities, including tennis courts and outdoor yoga classes. When the sun is out, the park is full of runners, people walking their dogs and families relaxing. Underneath the park are Winston Churchill’s war bunkers, which are opened to the public once a year. Located in zone two of London, Willesden Green Underground station (Jubilee line) offers quick access in and out of Central London. For those not looking to hop on the tube, the 98 bus route will take you straight into the West End. The Jubilee line now has the night tube service running all night on Fridays and Saturdays.

Getting around: You can be in the West End within 15 minutes, London Bridge within 25 minutes and Canary Wharf in just over 30 minutes. It is perfect for commuters, and with beautiful parks and spaces such as Gladstone Park and the Mapesbury Dell, families love it too.
